Candidates who successfully complete the training program are provided assured jobs in HCL Technologies

This comprehensive training program is multi-faceted and includes several modules that trains you across various aspects such as technology, personality development and practical training needed for your global career in the digital future. The 6-month program includes 3 months of virtual Extensive Classroom Training and 3 months of Professional Practise Term with opportunities to work on live global projects across HCL’s campuses. HCL invests significantly in this training program to make candidates job ready and thus this is a paid training program.

Q4. What is the eligibility criteria of the program?  

The eligibility criteria are:

• 12th, Graduation with min 65% and above marks
• No Standing Arrears
• Graduation date - max. up to 3 years.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any Engineering Stream, BCA / MCA, BVoc/MSc (CS, IT, SE), BSc (Maths, Physics, Stats & CS/IT)

HCL has arrangement with leading banks who provide financial assistance to needy students in the form of bank loans. Students who are interested in taking bank loans can contact the HCL offices in respective locations once they have cleared the selection process. HCL representatives will facilitate this process.

Each application received is evaluated for multiple parameters like: academic track record, year of passing, affinity to HCL location, performance in online test and interviews. The Fee structure for the Program is INR 1,50,000 + applicable taxes with the training for the program conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services, a subsidiary division of HCL Technologies Ltd.

Q5. What will be the salary package at HCL after completion of the HCL First Careers Program?  

The Starting Salary for candidates who successfully complete the program will be INR 2.2 - 2.6 lakhs per annum.

Q2. What are the various programs available for non-engineering graduates via HCL First Careers program?  

Non-engineering graduates can train for exciting career opportunities under two areas:

•Service Desk
•Network Helpdesk
•HRSE / FSS

Q3. What is the eligibility criteria to join the HCL First Careers program for Service Desk / Network Help Desk area?  

The eligibility criteria to join the HCL First Careers program for non-engineering graduates for the Service Desk / Network Help Desk area are:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any science or humanities stream with 55% marks. IT or computer science preferable.
• 12th with min 50% and above marks
• No Standing Arrears • Graduation date - max. up to 3 years
• Any prior experience in BPO or other jobs is acceptable

Q4. What is the eligibility criteria to join the HCL First Careers program for non-engineering graduates for the BPO/HSRC area?  

The eligibility criteria to join the HCL First Careers program for non-engineering graduates for the BPO/HSRC area are:

• Graduates in an non-engineering degree
• Min 50% and above in graduation and 12th .
• Prior work experience is acceptable
• No Standing Arrears
• Graduation date - max. up to 3 years
• Any prior experience in BPO or other jobs is acceptable

Q5. What is the duration of Service Desk/Network Help desk and BPO/ HRSC Program?  

The duration for programs are:
Service Desk Duration – 3 months including 1-month internship with stipend
Network Help Desk Duration – 3 months including 2-month internship with stipend
BPO&HRSC Duration : 3 months including 2 months Internship.
