HCL First Careers program for fresher graduates prepares them for non-tech & enabling job roles for entry-level positions at HCL Technologies. During the training period, candidates undergo virtual Extensive Classroom Training and Professional Practice Term where candidates are given the opportunity to work on live global projects in HCL Technologies.

15 Days of Communication Skills Training
1 Month of Classroom Training (offered virtually)
2 months Professional Practice Term at HCL Technologies where candidates get to work in Human Resource Support Center (HRSC), Financial Support System (FSS) & Business Services (BSERV)

Program Fee

  • Fees for the Program: INR 50,000 + applicable taxes
  • The training for the program will be conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services, a subsidiary division of HCL. Deployment post successful completion of the training program will happen with HCL Technologies.
